Mrs. Rupeka

Mrs. Rupeka is a veteran educator and administrator with over two decades of experience. She began her teaching career in 1999 as a teacher at Belle Morris Elementary, where she taught until 2006. She continued teaching at Shannondale Elementary from 2006 to 2014.

Her administrative career began at Fountain City Elementary, where she served as an Assistant Principal from 2014 to 2019. Since 2019, she has served as Principal at Shannondale Elementary, where she leads with a focus on enhancing student achievement and promoting staff development.

Mrs. Rupeka holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Education, both from the University of Tennessee, as well as an Educational Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University.

Mrs. Fisher

Mrs. Fisher is a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience in the classroom. She began her career in education in 2000 as a teacher at Cason Lane Academy in Murfreesboro City Schools, where she taught until 2004. She joined Knox County Schools in 2004 as a teacher at Hardin Valley Elementary until 2011 and then again from 2018 until 2022. From 2011 to 2018, Mrs. Fisher worked for Purdue University and Burnett Creek Elementary in West Lafayette, Indiana. Since 2022, Mrs. Fisher has served as the Assistant Principal at Shannondale Elementary.

Mrs. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a Minor in Elementary Education and a Master of Science degree in Education from the University of Tennessee, in addition to a Master of Science degree in Administration & Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University.
